The Team

Portrait of Bill Adamowski

Bill Adamowski

Bill is a proven founder, CEO, and catalyst of entrepreneurial ventures with a track record of building industry leaders, driving revenue growth, and delivering successful exits. As Founder of ISGN, he raised capital from New Enterprise Associates (NEA), scaling the company from zero to $200 million in revenue in just four years through twelve acquisitions. Earlier, he founded MortgageHub, one of the first successful B2B internet companies, growing it to $40 million in revenue with blue-chip clients including Bank of America, Wells Fargo, Citibank, and SunTrust before a strategic acquisition.

Bill also served as Executive Vice President at Ellie Mae, where he shaped corporate strategy and M&A, leading the company to a successful IPO on the NYSE and helping drive its market cap to over $3 billion. He previously held senior technology leadership roles as CTO of Wells Fargo Home Mortgage and CIO of GMAC Financial Services, after starting his career with Deloitte Consulting and GTE Labs.

Portrait of Tim Johnston

Tim Johnston

Tim is a visionary leader in finance, insurance, and healthcare benefits with more than 30 years of experience transforming how employers manage and deliver health plans. As founder of National Corporate Benefits Group, Inc., doing business as Kingston Life and Health, he has built a reputation for challenging the status quo and driving measurable results.

Under his leadership, Kingston Life and Health was among the first in the industry to design fully customized self-funded health plans powered by data and advanced analytics—most recently saving a client over $1 million in healthcare costs in a single year while simultaneously increasing the quality and breadth of employee benefits. His vision is clear: healthcare benefits should not be a burden but a strategic advantage.

Dr. Dillon Hurd, Ph.D.

Dillon Hurd is an engineer, inventor, and entrepreneur with a Ph.D. in Chemical & Biological Engineering from Iowa State University and four U.S. patents. His career began in biomedical engineering, where he invented the W-PINN (Wiener Physics-Informed Neural Network)—a novel AI method that fuses physiological models with machine learning. He applied it directly to diabetes care, building forecast models of blood glucose from continuous glucose monitor data to power closed-loop, predictive control: the same challenge of turning noisy, high-frequency health data into decisions that keep people healthy.

Dillon went on to found Haber Technologies, growing it from zero to $2 million in revenue and raising $7 million before its acquisition by Shivvers Manufacturing in 2024, where he serves as Senior Director of Product Research and Head of Engineering. As the product leader behind Nemus Insights, he pairs that biomedical and AI foundation with proven experience building and scaling real products—shaping the platform to turn claims and health data into predictive insight employers can act on and clear, personalized guidance employees can trust.
